Uncommon things for a happy life.

We all try to make money, some genius just find a perfect way to stay as happy as possible in their lives. But there are 7.951 billion (2022) in the world and each of them has various problems going on in their lives. Some of them have health problems, and some of them have family and relationship problems, Even some of them have unique problems in their lives that anyone else did not have. So, we try to face them with our best so we think that we will be over with challenges and problems and we will finally be happy. But that is not the reality am I right?

The thing is life has no meaning we need to create meaning for each of our lives that is the purpose of life. Throughout life, we face many challenges no matter how we face the life challenges, problems are all over us. Life is about giving meaning to life and facing all the challenges.

Worst things have happened to the happiest people too, But they are still happy

Yes, you heard me right life is all about filled with challenges and problems and most happiest people have them in their lives not only yours. Life is how you face it and be happy meanwhile. Your life would be boring when there are no challenges. It’s like an action Hollywood movie without any challenges to the main character. The more you accomplish, the more you will be happy. And remember that life is a journey, not a destination.

Be a minimalist on your own way

Minimalism is intentionally living with fewer possessions – focusing only on the ones you need.

Okay, I know this topic might not be for everyone but before you judge hear me out,

  • You can start this with just from your phone. Just you can do this activity for a test, the phone is a big distraction in our lives for some people. So I am suggesting you just uninstall all your phone applications and see how many of them you actually want. After you uninstall all the applications you should just reinstall them applications when you absolutely need them each. After 4 or 5 weeks you realize that a lot of apps are useless but you had in your phone for no reason.
  • You can use the above method for your house, or apartment as well by packing all the staff into a one-room. And when you need something you just unpack it from that room and use it. After one month you will realize how many useless items are in your home for no reason.
  • Same with our lives, we carry so many things our lives are useless but carry them anyway thinking those things will make us happy one day.

We can limit our things in life because a lot of them do not make any sense. But do what you love like if you love shopping and dress well It’s okay you can do it if that makes you happy. But you need to ask yourself from your inner you whether will it make you happy permanently or not.

Being a minimalist is have own way, It’s not all about limiting your clothes and using minimal things over and over.

The biggest mistake people are making is trying to explore the universe without exploring the earth

Why don’t we explore our minds but we explore everything?

Roughly 71% of the Earth’s surface is covered by water, Despite significant advancements in ocean exploration, only around 5% of the Earth’s oceans have been explored and mapped in detail. Much of the ocean floor remains uncharted, making it one of the least explored areas on the planet.

The first animals are believed to have evolved in the Earth’s oceans. Early multicellular organisms, such as sponges and jellyfish, likely originated in the ocean environment. Over time, these organisms diversified and evolved into more complex forms of life, eventually colonizing other habitats on Earth.

I am not here to teach you about earth science the thing is most people in the world explore happiness from outside of their mind.

  • They did not know that happiness produces their inner self. Happiness is something you produce inside of your mind but unfortunately, we let external activities ruin our happiness by ourselves.
  • The more you know about yourself, The more you stay happy in your life.
  • Start to explore finding who you are and what you like or not, and start journaling and meditating when you can. You don’t need to write a journal with a pen, you can just type in your phone notepad what you feel. And you don’t need to be an expert to meditate. Just simply find your own way from the internet how to meditate.

According to scientists if we have explored the earth and oceans properly we can realize the universe than how we exploring the universe now. It’s okay to explore the universe and space but always remember to explore yourself first. That’s where you can find happiness and wisdom.

Participate in the present moment

The easiest way to be right now is mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment, without judgment. It involves paying attention to your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment with openness and acceptance. Mindfulness techniques, such as meditation and breathing exercises, are often used to cultivate this state of awareness and promote overall well-being.

Once an announcer asked one of the happiest person about how he could be happy so much in this modern world. His simple answer is he just stays in the moment nothing else. People worry about the future which they have no clue and think about the past as they can change it.

Live the present moment!

For a happy life simply you should worry less even if you are in jail, because even a prisoner has a life too. Each people have different kinds of challenges in life some of them turn us down.
